Good breakfast, with both Western and Chinese food. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front-desk staff speak English and were very helpful. There is a decent Japanese restaurant / lounge in the lobby, and two additional restaurants (one Chinese and one Italian) that I didn't visit.

Employees were very helpful and cheerful. Especially those at the lobby. The whole hotel presented a luxury and comfort feeling but rooms rate were quite reasonable. Location is convenient with access to subway and taxi and parks and entertainment were within walking distance.

Front desk staff are professional and able to manage my request for a receipt in English. Great location and friendly service overall. My room was upgraded to a suite with the view of the Bird Nest because the room type I booked was not available. It was an exceptional stay!

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at: enormous, clean, spacious room and bathroom, bottled water available every day, amazing views over the former Olympic Village, and very friendly staff, plus perfectly located next to (connected even!) to the exhibition centre, where I was spending most of my days.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spencer from concierge really made our trip with restaurant recommendations and bookings. She was very helpful to arrage taxi bookings as well.

Great breakfast and buffet dinner. Wonderful bathroom with beautiful marble and standup shower. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel.
